Private Room Downtown San Diego Apartment
We are looking for 1 roommate to fill in a bedroom with a shared full bathroom. Located in East Village in downtown San Diego and on the 38th floor with an amazing view. About .5 to 1 miles away from Gaslamp. 6 blocks away from Petco Park and 3 blocks away from the MTS Blue and Orange lines. Washer and dryer are in unit. Parking can be included for an additional $100/month. Electricity and internet not included in price (ranges from $60 to $80 a month). Apartment requires residents to register as an add on to the lease. 15 month lease will expire in May 2025.
Myself (32) and another guy roommate (30) are currently living in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Both keep to ourselves. I work through the day Tuesdays through Fridays while the other roommate works a mix of at home and at downtown.
