Peacefully quiete environment w/ 24/7 security patrol.
I am by the pool.5 days a week .exercising or trading. w.my. lab. top.
Great for biking ,walking, running.. Mature ,professional, Busy, possibly over 40 male ,roommate needed to renew contract.
I do not have overnight guess.. and do not party in the house ..will. use headphones
.for TV.
I cook and eat healthy home..(Turkish, Italian and some Asian cusine.)
So if some homecooking smells Bothers you..

Kitchen door, ventilator and open window. with air purifier...(keep on with fast food or pizza).
Current roommate(ex. landlord) for 2 years.
Is living abroad 9months out of a year..
His Bedroom is locked. and car. parked outside.
Which I take care of his car, mail. small errands etc.
He is coming back.17th.. and landlord will renew the carpet in a week. then I will be able to take empty masters pics. and share.
Please do not waste time if you do not think. you can pass the association. req. checks.
