Room has tall ceilings with private balcony letting in lots of sun, (no closet) and enough space for a queen size bed, desk and chair. This will be UNFURNISHED but will have a couch that folds out into a bed.

Apartment includes gym, laundry, lounge area in basement, elevators, mailing room and a rooftop with furniture to enjoy in summer! This apartment building is access key entry only which offers more security and safety.

Utilities not included since it will fluctuate on how much you use the A/C, gas, electricity etc.
