Hi! I'm looking for a new roommate to move in to my current 2BR/1BA apartment in Back Bay. It is a brownstone building and the apartment is a great deal for its size & location, with beautiful character. I am very clean and respectful as a roommate and am looking for someone who is the same. I will be in school part-time online and also working part-time in person.
Shared laundry is in the building (1 flight downstairs).
I have a small, loving cat that will be with us.
This is a 12-month lease. Rent will be $2050 + $70 utilities (electric + internet). Hot water and heat are included in rent.
