Beautiful Room in Ridgewood Apartment

LIVING ROOM

PRIVATE BEDROOM in a 4 bed / 2bath will be available for a MAY 15th-JUNE 1ST MOVE-IN in prime RIDGEWOOD / BUSHWICK neighborhood.

We are looking for someone to sign on a 1 year lease.

PRIVATE BEDROOM. The room faces the front of the apartment with lots of direct sunlight. It has a good sized closet and can feet a queen bed plus much more furniture.

REQUIREMENTS: Must pay $1050 deposit and submit rental application to the property management to secure the room. On June 1st the rent will be go up to $1087.50 due to the new lease beginning June 1st.

ROOMMATES: Us roomies are friendly and laid-back. We engage in polite chit-chat, such as asking about each other’s day. We support each other and are a solid community. We are a mix of creatives and hybrid 9-5ers. Our ages are 24, 26, and 27.

YOU: we are specifically looking for a person of color. Preference for women, nonbinary individuals, and queer folks. Please be CLEAN. We are all calm, quiet, considerate, and chill, and are looking for someone with a similar vibe. If you regularly host large parties/socials, this is probably not the set-up for you.

THE APARTMENT
A spacious 4-bed / 2 bath walk-up with plentiful lighting, a video doorbell, central air (yes we have AC!), high ceilings, hard wood floors, open floor plan, and roof access. There is an open kitchenette with plenty of cabinet space, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Updated appliances.

ACCESSIBILITY
There are 3 steps to the front door of the building. From there, inside the building are two flights of stairs, each with about 12 steps. The apartment/building/street is on the quieter side, even (and especially) at night.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We are in Ridgewood. Walk 3-ish blocks you’re in Bushwick. We are near plenty of bars, cafes, nightlife, and restaurants. Laundromats are within walking distance. The apartment is a 5-8 min walk from the M Seneca and L/M Mrytle-Wyckoff subway stations.
