Small room for rent downtown Jersey city

Hi my name is William.

I live in a small apartment in downtown Jersey city and I am renting a small furnished bedroom from may 1 to November 1.

I am looking for a person with steady income or a student from any health science profession who doesn’t smoke or use drugs, doesn’t have a pet (not against them but landlord does not allowed), and most importantly a clean, respectful, easy going and organize person.

The room it is furnished, nothing fancy but not bad at all but again it is small only fits a twin bed, kitchen is equipped, share restroom. Bills are included, we only have to pay high speed internet (50$/each more or less).

Area around the apartment is really safe, quiet and in general neighborhood is nice, it is located three blocks away from grove st path station, three blocks from light rail, 15 min walking from liberty park, 12 minutes walking from waterfront, laundromat is two blocks away, there are several restaurants, bars, grocery stores and bodegas one or two blocks away. The location will allow you to be in World Trade Center within 10 minutes more or less and 25 to 30min to get to 33 st so commuting is smooth compared to other areas.

From me I’m student, I work, I like to cook, exercise regularly, watch series, movies etc just a normal guy.

Parties, smoking or ilegal drugs are not allowed in the apartment but small get together are ok.

One month of security deposit and first month in advance is required.

Price: 650$ due every 29 or 30 of the month.
