Looking for third roommate to sign one-year lease

Two adult professionals (one male and one female) are looking for a third roommate to sign a one-year lease from 6/1/24 to 5/31/25.

The apartment is located at Summit Hills, which is within walking distance of downtown Silver Spring and right by the border between Maryland and Washington DC.

You will have your own bedroom and share a bathroom with the female roommate. The unit has central heating and air conditioning. Parking is free. Monthly rent is $731 (base rent) + $15 (internet) + $55 (utilities) = $801. There are washers and dryers in the basement of the building which cost $4 total for one load of laundry.

You will share all other spaces with your roommates, which are fully furnished. These include the kitchen, which has a refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dish washer, and microwave. There is also a dining room table with chairs and a sofa. We also have a bike for roommates to use. Outside of the building, there is a free swimming pool.

We are looking for someone who is quiet, clean, and open to casual conversation. No smoking or pets allowed. No couples or families, we are looking for a single person as our third roommate. Please see the attached photos for more information.
