Rent my house while I’m out of state

I will be out of state from August 26th -January 1st. I am looking for someone to live in my apartment while I’m gone. I’m a single mom with a toddler so the house is very baby and toddler friendly and would be ideal for another mom or small family. The apartment is fully furnished and all utilities would be included for $3,000 a month. This includes internet and streaming services like Netflix. This does not include AC- if you run the AC you will need to add $200-$400 a month. There is currently street parking but it may be possible to work out garage parking or even a monthly rental of my car if you’re interested. The apartment is within Kapilina beach homes, a gated community with a pool, fitness center, walking and biking trails, a dog park, multiple playgrounds, a splash pad and a pretty secluded beach all less than 1/2 a mile from my house. A perfect set up for an itinerant family or professional because I have all kinds of beach toys too (paddle boards, surf boards, kayaks etc). If you are willing to watch my two cats while I’m gone we can negotiate a slightly lower rental rate. I do have a fenced yard and this unit is pet friendly so if you have a furry friend we can negotiate that as well.
