Room in 4Br in Central Square!

Room for rent in a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment Central Square! Move-in would be on June 1st.

This apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from the red line (Central), the 1/47/70/89 buses, Target, H Mart, Whole Foods, and tons of restaurants/bars/parks. It's a walk-up on the second floor and has a beautiful porch and large kitchen and living space.

This is one of the larger rooms, with space for a queen or full bed. It would not be furnished, but our departing roommate might have some items of furniture to sell. Rent would be $980 per month, and utilities come out to $30-80 per person depending on the season. There is a $300 one-time payment to add someone to the lease.

Your roommates would be three medical students, so our schedules vary month-to-month from very early mornings to being mostly at home. We have hobbies inside and out of the house, but when we're home, we love to hang out and chat. We like cooking, watching movies, and having friends visit, though we do try to keep it quiet during the weekday nights. We generally share the chores and enjoy sharing the food we make with each other.

We're looking for someone friendly, tidy, and roughly mid/late twenties to early thirties. Unfortunately, no pets.
