Room for rent in Williamsburg

Room for rent in prime Williamsburg. The building is smack dab in between the Bedford and Metropolitan/Lorimer stops. Super quick access to the G and L trains and close to the J/M/Z as well.

3 min walk to the Bedford ave station. 5 min to McCarren park. 8 min to Whole Foods. 1 min walk to Birria Landia. Countless bars, restaurants, and venues within walking distance. In my opinion it's the best location in Williamsburg.

It's a 4b/2ba with 2 other male roommates. Your bathroom is shared with one other clean individual. We use the extra bedroom as an office/storage space (you'll get the closet in that room as well). One roommate pays extra to use it on Mondays and Fridays from 9-5, but it's usually open the other days. He's also open to negotiation if you wfh 5 days a week. Laundry in building. We only pay electric, which usually comes out to $90ish per person per month.

I have some furnishings for the room now, but they're kind of bulky for the space (Queen bed with an Urban Outfitters bed frame). You can keep them if you'd like.

May 1 move-in, but I'm open to leaving earlier if you need it ASAP. Looking for someone who can stay for the duration of the lease (ends Oct 31, so 6 months in total).

The other two roommates are professionals in their mid-20's. We're all friends here, so fit is very important. If you're intelligent, fun, and interested in the room, please let me know so I can have you meet them.
