Hi, I am moving out and looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease.

The start date is Mid May but open to negotiation. The lease ends on 15th November. With the option of month to month thereafter.

Your apartment is called the Maiden. You would have your own room, closet and bathroom.

Your apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer. You have an open plan kitchen and living room space. Your apartment also has a balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard.

Amenities included with the rent are : Access to 2 beautiful rooftops that come with bonfire stands and a barbecue stand , perfect for having friends and company over. You have full access to an indoor gym and an area filled with desks and booths dedicated to co-working and studying. There is also parking available for an added cost and a bike and scooter storage room.

The cost is $1650 that include all the above mentioned amenities . PG&E and water come to $80 -$100 depending on usage.
