Quiet, clean & bright room w private bath for rent

This is a for a fully furnished room in a quiet well maintained SW neighborhood that is close to CSUB, shopping and great parks. The room is private and quiet with a full-sized bed, nightstand & dresser and closet. You will have a bathroom with double sinks to yourself & are expected to keep it clean.
Wi Fi & laundry privileges are included as well as all utilities.
Looking for a responsible, respectful person that is able to communicate in a professional manner. We do not allow any smoking whatsoever. If caught smoking inside, you will be asked to leave.
Rent is on a month-to-month basis.
We prefer a professional or student. No couples or pets allowed. Must be employed with at least 3 months proof of work history.
My husband and I own and reside in this home in the SW. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & a large yard with 2 small dogs. We both work from home, have no young children but our adult child may visit every couple of months. You will have access to the kitchen, laundry room and back yard. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself in a timely manner.
