We have a spacious bedroom available for rent in mid-May (move-in date flexible) in our townhouse (3 bedroom and 2.5 baths) that's centrally located in Morristown. It's a short walk to the Morristown Green and the train station, and a 3-min drive to I-287, perfect for young professionals who need to commute for work. The room is on the second floor of the house (3 floors) and has a huge closet along with other storage space in the house. The bathroom is right outside the bedroom and shared with only 1 roommate. There's another half bath on the first floor available for use.

central heat and AC (newly renovated in 2022 with nest thermostat)
kitchen with fully equipped Samsung appliances
washer and dryer
patio on the ground floor
ping pong table in the basement (fully finished)

The room is unfurnished but can come with a small desk and chair if needed. The current 2 roommates (female) are both young professionals, respectful, considerate and have been living in the space for 4+ years. We are looking for someone with similar background to share the space and enjoy what Morristown has to offer.
