Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease since I am never home. The lease would be from May 1st - August 31st with no brokers fee. The home can be left furnished and moved in earlier if needed. Although the home is for 3 months you would then renew with the landlord which would be for 1 year. It would be an easier process since at that point they would already have your information.
This home is conveniently located in Bushwick close to nice bars, restaurants, and clubs. You would be sharing the house with other roommates the environment is pretty calm and relaxed. It is a mixed gender home.
