This is a Large Living Room, Not a Room.

Firstly, I do not accept Cashiers Checks or Money Orders from people out of state or out of town. Only verifiable methods of payment accepted please. A lot of scams are done like that. If you live out of town and want to rent the room. I can do an FaceTime or zoom call and then we can do payment by one of those escrow apps, so everyone is comfortable. Anyway, that said, I have a room for rent in Hollywood close to everything. A view of the Hollywood sign is right in front walking out the door. It’s got a closet. Fairly new paint job & flooring. So it’s fresh. I’m looking for a respectful person that pays rent and bills on time and has no issues or anything. I prefer someone employed between the ages of 20-40. But I’m willing to consider other people depending on the situation. I’m a student at LACC and like to do do art and tattoos as well. My other roommate works at Marriott Hotel. We are both pretty private and stick to our own spaces. We pay electric, gas and internet split evenly. There’s a deposit in same amount which will be returned on departure with no damage done to the apartment. I am not looking for any thieves, major drug addicts, violent or shady individuals or gang members or any of that negative energy. Smoking & is fine but done outside. No smoking in the apt. I’m looking for someone gainfully employed/ going to school, clean, respectful punctual about rent & bills and have positive energy & social skills enough to make a joint living situation work well.
