Master bedroom with private bathroom near UCSD
I have a master bedroom available May 1st. This would be for a period of three months and you would be taking over my lease. However, the landlords are willing to sign a new one year extension if you'd like.
The room I'm offering has a private bathroom. It can be either fully furnished (ie. desk, bed, monitor, speakers, bookshelf, nightstand), partially furnished or empty. You can have any piece of furniture in my room for free or I will remove everything before you move in.
The spacious house has 4 bedrooms with a nice backyard, plenty of street parking for cars, with a garage that doubles as a gym. Multiple beaches are 15 minutes away.
If interested, the landlords do require an application to be submitted and a credit check.
The rent is $1300 without utilities (utilities run about $150 per person depending on the time of the year).
The house has three other housemates (ages 27-32). We are all graduate students or post-doctoral fellows at Scripps. We're a friendly and respectful group that is conscious of individual differences.
Please reach out if interested. I'm happy to show you the place in person.
Thanks!
