Temple U area, room w/p bathroom

Hi, my name is Yesenia. I am Colombian and looking for a roommate (preferably a woman) to move in from May 16th, 2024. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. I am already living here. The living room and kitchen are shared. Washer and dryer in the unit. Located a couple of blocks from the Temple University train station, the area is quiet and relatively safe. I have lived here for more than four years and am satisfied with the place. The monthly rent equals $1.263 ($633 each) plus utilities. I am a woman in my forties but with a youthful spirit. I am currently a doctoral candidate, writing my dissertation. For me, cleanliness is essential. So, I prefer someone tidy, responsible and quiet (no parties). Smoking in the unit and pets are not allowed. But my previous roommate could have a cat.

(I'm subleasing my room at 1903N 7th St Philadelphia, due to personal reasons, I need to move back to my country soon. There's one person living at the unit already, this posting is also in behalf of her, whose information you just read. She is the actual teant living in the apartment right now. The place is perfect for a Temple University student or for a mature single woman)
