I am looking for a roommate to share my home with me (semi-retired writer) and daughter who is only here about 5-10 days a month. The home is a tri-level house with my room and my daughters room on the upper level, along with our small office. The main level is shared - living/kitchen/dining/small deck, and the garden level would be yours. It includes a furnished bedroom (or unfurnished if you prefer) with large bath, full size storage bed, sitting area w/loveseat, tables, mini-fridge, closet. Light and bright w/two large above-ground windows.

I work from home so I'm here much of the time, daughter (20s) only stays about 10% of the time. Shared areas-kitchen/dining, deck, fenced yard, garage storage, parking in driveway. Have one medium dog and older cat, so sorry no more pets. Smoke/drug free, enjoy wine or cocktail. We're casual, easygoing, like to chat but also respect personal time. Safe neighborhood near 80th and Carr in North Arvada. Prefer someone who has strong work history or student with steady income. Includes all utilities - water, elec., trash, security system, lawn service, wifi.
