We’re looking to move into a 3 bedroom 2 bath and we have a spot in mind already but need a third roommate. Has dishwasher, in unit washer dryer, a gym in the building, rooftop lounge and deck, and a yard in the center of the building. Room size is 12’ x 9’. Building is 2 blocks from the B & Q trains. We’re 2 guys who work full time and when we’re home after work we’re usually quiet if not asleep. We have a nice entertainment system for the living room as we love movies and usually try to watch something on our off days. We’re looking for someone chill to just vibe with.
