Bedroom For Long Term Sublet/Lease Takeover

I'm looking for a female roommate to sublet the second bedroom in my two bedroom apartment. It's in the mid 70's right off of 2nd ave, very safe neighborhood and 5 min walk to the subway. The Met and Central Park are a 15 min walk away, and it's walking distance to all of the good restaurants and bars in UES.

The bedroom is small but fits a queen bed. I have an air mattress in there in the photos for friends to stay over and it's queen sized, if that give you an idea. The closet is big and fits quite a bit.

I'm looking for long term sub-letters only. Ideally someone who wants to move in April/May and stay for a year.

Also, I'm a friendly person and would love to find someone who wants to be friends with their roommate as well.

Pets: I'm allergic to cats and dogs, but hypoallergenic dogs are fine. I don't currently have any pets of my own.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the apartment.

Cons:
- 5th floor walk up
- No doorman
Pros:
- Great building, never any rats, mice, roaches, etc and I've lived here for two years
- Laundry in the basement and it's abnormally cheap
- The super is great
- The apartment is fully decorated and has everything kitchen-wise etc, you only need to bring bedroom furniture.
- If all goes well open to putting you on the lease next year
