Large Bedroom in Bushwick - Loft Style Living

Cozy large bedroom available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment 2 minute walk from the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ.

I'm looking for a roommate to sign a new lease as the old one ends the end of May. I am a working 28M, I work from home most days and like to spend my weekends outside. It'd be great to have someone move in who also likes to socialize and is also an artist.

THE ROOM:
It's approximately 13.5' x 13.5'. It will be unfurnished, but it currently comfortably holds a Queen-sized bed, a work desk, 2 dressers and a clothes rack.

THE APARTMENT:
It's a medium sized apartment with a kitchen area and its own separate roof (different from the building's main roof). It's located in a quiet section of the building so noise from neighbors is not an issue.

-The living is furnished. There's a breakfast nook, a couch, a large OLED 4k TV, some décor, lamps and a couple of chairs

-Internet is included in the rent

THE BUILDING:
There's a gym, in-building laundry, a pool table, indoor and outdoor bike racks, a courtyard, 2 large event spaces, and a rooftop.

-There's 2 groceries stores within a 5 minute walk and there's great fruit market around the corner.

-Easy walk around Bushwick and quick access to Manhattan and Ridgewood.
