Located on Carroll St it is a block away from the Carroll F/G stop. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Includes access to the front yard which has a garden, table, and chairs. The apartment included storage in the grand hall, full sized kitchen (no dishwasher), 1 full bath, no laundry (there is a laundromat at the end of the block). The living room / dining is equipped with a couch, mini fridge, coffee table, and large dining table.
The room is shown with a full sized bed, desk, and dresser. Deep closet. I was able to put a shelving unit behind my hanging clothes. The bookcase and full sized mirror are attached to the wall and will be left behind. I am open to leaving my bed and desk as well, otherwise I will get rid of them.
Great spot! I am leaving to move in with my partner. The building is a little rough. I did a couple of repair projects when I moved in. The landlord is easy to reach by phone. When a repair is needed he sends one of his guys to check it out.
Roommates are nice, friendly people and fairly clean 1 Male late 30s tutors from home during the day and hosts trivia around the neighborhood in the evening. 1 Female late 20s works in art therapy. She works out of the house 9-6. Ideal space for people who are social and like to keep their door open/live comfortably throughout the home.
Utilities are in the roommates name and are about $50/month on average. Window A/C needed! I may be open to leaving that as well. Heat is a radiator. Packages are left on the steps. Although it’s a quiet street and typically they hide them by the downstairs neighbors hidden door. Downstairs neighbors are a nice 40 year old couple with college kids. We coordinate with them for trash, mail, etc.

Looking for someone to move in ASAP. I will draw up a sublease agreement for the remainder of my lease (July 31st) and then you can sign on to the new lease. Application required before sublease through the landlord. Standard credit check and proof of income. No fee. Deposit paid directly to me (you will receive my deposit at the end of your term). $1035. Rent paid directly to the landlord (check via snail mail) at the 1st of each month. I have 2 sets of keys I can leave you.
