Roommates have access to the living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and Wireless Internet. A/C system, washer, dryer are two years old. Owner pays for water, electricity, and Internet. First month's rent, security deposit, and last month's rent due at signing. No pets. No smoking. This is a gated community with association, so no loud noises. Two parking spaces available. The lease is for up to a year. Owner has the right to ask tenant to move out before the end of the contract. Roommate has the right to leave before the end of the contract. Background check will be necessary.
