Huntington Beach Roommate

I live in a Massive 3bd 3ba Apt. It feels like a townhome. It is 2 stories.

I am looking to rent out 1, possibly 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is currently setup for a young child. The furnishing can stay, or be removed before you move in. The second bedroom has a King bed, vanity, and 2 side tables. This can also be removed, if you already have furnishing.

The 3rd bedroom is my office/studio space. I am a videographer/photographer, and keep my gear in here.

The perfect candidate would also be a creative, that could potentially use my gear, and possibly help me grow my production company.

I am a 29 year old male. I enjoy surfing, skateboarding, and filmmaking. I recently got out of a long term relationship, and still have my daughter's bedroom setup. She will only be visiting me a few times a year, so I think it is best to rent her room out.

I think $1,400 is a fair price point, and will include utilities. If $1,400 is out of your budget, I am open to negotiate. This can be a long term, or short term rental.
