I am looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2.5 bath apartment in Larchmont.
The bedroom is UNFURNISHED - the bedroom pictured is of previous tenants furnishings. $1600 + $1200 (refundable) deposit + 1/2 utilities and is available May 1st.
Master bedroom with private attached bath, apartment is located in Larchmont Village. Walking distance to all of the stores and coffee shops on Larchmont Blvd (about 5 blocks). This is a 2 story unit on the 2nd floor of a small building, only 8 units total we are the top 2 floors. Great walking paths in the quiet neighborhood as well!
This unit 2 bedroom 2.5 bath unit has street parking only however its a quiet street and never an issue to find parking out front. Central AC, heat, wood floors, shared washer/dryer on site.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
My cousin and I have lived in this neighborhood since I moved to LA 3 years ago and I'm just obsessed and truly feel at home here. My neighbors are also very friendly and we all look out for each other! Max capacity in this unit is 2 people so no couples, since I currently WFH full time in the common space, I am looking for someone that does not also work from home full time. My cousin is moving in with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone chill, clean, preferably doesn't bring the party home, and respectful to take over the master bedroom!
