Room w/ attached bath 0.3 miles from beach!

House is west of the 5, extremely close to downtown Oceanside, can walk from the house to the strand in 15 minutes! 4 bedroom 3 bath house, the room is big enough to fit a queen bed comfortably, can provide actual measurement of the room if needed. Myself(30) and my boyfriend(38) occupy the main bedroom, and our other male roommate (late 30s) occupies another room, however we keep one of the rooms available as a guest room + my art studio, so there will only be 4 people total living in the house. Ample driveway + street parking, laundry room w/ washer and dryer in the house, garage space for storage if needed!

There are two living areas, our current roommate who is moving out works from home and has a desk set up, so if you work from home there would be space for that. I am an artist and softball coach full time, my boyfriend is an electrician. We have a medium sized dog who loves other dogs (see last photo) and our other roommate has a dog as well, so if you have a pet that is a possibility.
