I am looking for a roommate to move in anytime after April 27th. The property is 2br/2ba on the first floor of a beach bungalow located one block from the beach in the heart of Venice near Pacific and Brooks. 2-3 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to Abbot Kinney.

$2500/month + utilities (additional $2500 deposit required upon move-in). Lease would be month-to-month, but with the option to extend if we’re a good fit. Credit check required.

My current roommate is moving out April 26th, so the spot would be move-in ready anytime after that. Rent is due on the 24th of each month, so we can prorate if you move in before then.

I’m looking for a considerate, clean roommate who respects the space and is chill and down to earth. Must have a steady source of income.

I’m a 35-year-old female who generally keeps to myself. I’m active and outgoing, but very laid back and just looking for someone with good vibes. I’m originally from Philadelphia, but I have been in LA for a decade now and love it here (especially Venice). I’m a freelancer in production and operations (mostly music, but also tech, TV/film, medicine, etc.), so I can sometimes be away for a few weeks at a time depending on the gig unless it’s local. I do any WFH in my bedroom, so the shared space is always available for both of us.
