Your rent includes access to the shared common space in the house including a furnished living room, furnished dining room, and fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, large fridge, stove, oven, microwave and lots of cabinet space. There is also a laundry room with a furnished washer and dryer. The house has a nice back deck, and is in a nice neighborhood, and has air conditioning for summer.
