Looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay in Plantation? I have the perfect solution for you! Your room has a great quality Queen bed with nice bedding. The same quality I use for my family and friends. Plenty of towels, big ones and additional pool/beach towels. All towels are new, I just replaced them. I also have a rolling cooler you are welcome to use. In the common space there is a nice sturdy table you can use as a desk space if you need, the extra deep sofa is very comfortable if you prefer to work there. Plenty of outlets to choose from. The neighborhood is safe, I regularly walk to the park, Publix and restaurants.

Nobody wants to deep clean on their day off, including myself so I’ve included a housekeeper twice monthly. Any paper towels, toilet paper or cleaning supplies that are here please use for. We are responsible for daily cleaning after ourselves. I have a hose if you like to wash your own car, please wash mine too… haha!

Kitchen, besides the normal appliances… stove, dishwasher & microwave. There is a drawer oven, perfect for heating pizza or a plate of food, air fryer, vitamix and 2 coffee makers I leave on the counter for convenience. If you are super creative there are plenty of baking items including a stand mixer. Crock pot, instant pot and roasting pans are also available. BBQ use is not permitted on the balcony per HOA, there is a BBQ at the pool or it must be used in the driveway.

Parking, as an owner I am not permitted to park overnight in guest parking. When I’m home you can park behind me or in guest parking. Your vehicle needs to be registered weekly as to not be booted. You must have current registration.

About me. Hi I’m Betty, 54 single with no pets. I’m a full time flight attendant, I usually work red eye flights and day sleep. If you are an early bird we will be passing each other briefly as I usually return home between 6-9AM and go to work between 5-8PM. I have 1-2 days off per week, so most of the time you’ll have the place to yourself. I enjoy walking to the park or to Publix and listening to books. I’m pretty quiet on my days off.

I meal prep about 1 day a week, and various light meals when I am home. Also not opposed to sharing. You are welcome to use anything in the kitchen, including condiments, spices, eggs, butter, cream, etc. It’s silly to buy doubles. I’ll make space in the main refrigerator for you, there is also a private small refrigerator in your room. I have disposable and re usable food containers and beverage cups. Please bring the good ones back. Coffee, I have both a drip and a Nespresso with a cream frother. Help yourself. I have various snacks available to share thanks to Costco!

I rarely have guests, I’m usually the one visiting my family and friends. I’d expect the same if your having guests more than 4 nights a month that’s more like an extra roommate. I’ve priced my room lower than others nearby because it’s only for 1 person.

Pre COVID I was a super host on BnB, just getting back into this again however I prefer not to use the platform as fees are outrageous. I enjoyed having guests and am still friends with a few, if you would like a reference.
