Rent a room

Welcome home to this beautiful 55+ gated community located in the Twin Lakes Subdivision of St. Cloud. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, built in 2022, offers plenty of space for 2 people. My wife (Naz) and I own the home and Naz's mom currently lives in the master bedroom. We want to rent the other room to someone who will be a good roommate for Naz's mom. Naz's mom prefers to live with someone of a similar gender, if possible, who is over 50, ideally. But, we will consider all applicants, and her mom will make the final decision based on who is the best fit. We are seeking $1,400 in rent, but we are flexible for the right person/fit. Deposit is $1,000 and a rental agreement is required. Note that rent includes ALL utilities and internet. Parking is available in the driveway.

The second bedroom isn't furnished yet, but we can furnish it if you prefer. The kitchen has an oversized island with wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances with a gas stove, and plenty of counter space for cooking. Additional features include: inside laundry(washer/dryer included), garage, gas water heater, ceiling fans, pest control included(exterior) and lawn included.
