I am looking to fill a 2 month vacancy under my lease with Lincoln Park Property management. This spacious 2Br 1 Ba apartment is a 5 minute walk from Depaul's Campus, 4 minute walk to the Armitage Brown Line stop and a 7 minute walk to the Fullerton Red line Stop. There is ample street parking right outside of the apartment, a large patio and spacious courtyard immediately outside of the apartment. The space gets lots of natural sunlight and the neighborhood is very quiet and great for students or working professionals.

Note: Both bedrooms easily accommodate queen sized mattresses and a dresser. The space will be completely empty and professionally cleaned by the time that new tenants move-in.
