Room for Rent in Quadruplex - Downtown

I'm looking for only ONE roommate, so not a couple or a person with children.

Hello! I am looking for a very clean, responsible, and mature roommate to take over the rest of my current roommate's year lease starting on April 1 (ends Aug. 15, 2024). This would be for the other bedroom in my 2bd/1bth apartment. Located in a quiet quadruplex, this apartment is very close to Winthrop University and in walking distance of the main shopping district of Rock Hill. This apartment is well maintained with no current structural or pest issues and the group managing this quadruplex is actually very responsive and wonderful to work with! The room is not furnished, but everything else already is. This space is ideal for someone who doesn't have a lot of stuff to bring into the apartment as I already provide a couch, kitchen table, and other furnishings that occupy the common space. I also have plenty of kitchen equipment that I'm more than happy to share as long as you clean up after yourself and are respectful of what I share with you. The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator - only stairs). There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, but we have a nice balcony where you can smoke and from which you may see our backyard family of owls! I am a woman in my late 20s currently in my last year of graduate school at Winthrop University. I have two friendly cats. If you are allergic to cats, this is not the place for you! Must have steady employment (not jumping from job to job), proof of income, be able to pass a credit check, and two references to confirm strength of character from previous roommates (not just friends). *I can provide the same.* Let's set up a time to meet and interview each other!
