The unit includes a brand-new dishwasher in the kitchen & an all electric bldg (no gas). The building amenities include a year-round heated pool & laundry facilities. Must fill-out application with prop mgmt & pass credit chk along with proof of income in order for approval OR I am willing to negotiate a subtenant month-to-month sublet agreement, as well, depending on your circumstances.
