Nice, wholesome spot next to north park

FIRST MONTH RENT REQUIRED before move in. Small room with window and closet. Shared living room and kitchen. Shared bathroom. Coin operated laundry machine not in apartment, but on the same floor. I have a pot, some glassware, some utensils, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer etc, but not much cooking ware so you’ll have to provide. Locations in between north park and city heights, so solid location, university Ave is like 3 blocks away. We have parking spot in gated parking lot, and if you don’t drive we have bus stop 3 blocks away. 4th floor (and top floor) with elevator. We have an installed air conditioner for living room and heaters for each room. Household pretty empty, but we have couch, TV stand(no TV), broom, speaker. Currently have no pets. Pictures includes furnishings, but room will be empty

Male, single, 29 Don’t mind messes as long as they aren’t too crazy. Personally consider myself 8/10 on cleanliness. I don’t mind noise or whatever, at any time of night or day I do play music over my speaker and I don’t have company much, but I might here and there. So if you mind loud noise, then maybe not for you. I share food and stuff, but you don’t have to. I work mid shift 5 days out of the week, with working out included barely home.
