What is Proctor Place? It is a beautiful shared living space created for busy professionals who seek an upscale and clean place to live.

It offers 3 month, 6 month to 12 month stays. It comes fully furnished: All bedrooms are "move in ready." Each room is furnished with contemporary furniture. The kitchen is supplied with brand new appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. The living room and dining rooms are also fully furnished.

This is one home and each room (in the home) is rented out individually. Each bedroom comes with its own special feature: walk-in closet, private bathroom or deck access, etc.

This unique home has been in operation since 2018 and strives to provide a higher level of comfort and class to its residents. The owner created this unique shared living home as an alternative to standard rental homes. That is, she wanted to offer a shared living environment that felt upscale, classy and comfortable.
