We have an Extra large master bedroom for rent with tons of light. Dive into the heart of the Mission neighborhood with us! We're a nice and fair household looking for a new member to add to our community of 3. Our cozy home boasts 4 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a kitchen, living room and laundry room. We have a small courtyard that we share with our neighbors.

1200/month + utilities (with a $1500 deposit).

Utilities include PG&E and cleaning service once a month and fluctuate between $75 to $120

About us:
We're a diverse mix of individuals from early 30s to early 50s, each with our own quirks and stories. Most days, we're out and about, but we cherish a peaceful, harmonious vibe at home.

Elitrea: E is a non-binary artist and spiritual practitioner who is mostly out of the house.
Paz, she/ her. Artist and musician in her 50’s
Dani: A Brazilian in her early 30s, blending art with technology, usually out exploring but enjoys her personal space when home.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is punctual with rent and bills.
Values respectful use of shared spaces without dominating them.
Works outside the house
Cleans after themselves.
Handles responsibilities maturely, especially when solving any house issues.
