Rent will reduce to $650 a month if we find a 5th tenant. We are currently looking for a fourth roommate to take the master bedroom in our 5 bedroom home. The master bedroom is downstairs, and shares the floor with another bedroom. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms, one of which is also available, but is smaller and shares a bathroom with the other two upstairs tenants. There is a shared kitchen and living room, and a washer and dryer machine. All current tenants are college aged men (21-25). No pets allowed.
