I have a room with separate bathroom (located in hallway) available in Aliso Viejo near the city center, major freeways, and outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, beach). This rental is for Single Occupancy only. The room has a ceiling fan with remote control, mirrored closets, window blinds and engineered wood floor. The 3 piece bathroom (vanity, toilet, and shower) is tiled. Occasionally, this is a visitor’s bathroom, however, it is primarily used by the occupant of the rented room (mostly private use). Common areas for Tenant use include a family room, kitchen, laundry room and backyard. If you need space in the garage to store bicycles, that can be arranged for an additional cost.

We are 4 active professionals. One of us is moving out of State and this is the Tenant we are looking to replace. We live in a respectful, clean, and quiet environment. These are the qualities that we are looking for in our next Tenant. There are 3 friendly dogs (labradoodle, retrievers) that are mostly outdoors, however, no additional pets are allowed. Occasionally, I have a dinner party with board games and Tenants are welcome to join some of these events.
