Furnished bedroom in 3 bdr home
I am a gay male looking for someone to share my three bedroom home with. Fully furnished bedroom and use of home allowed. Looking for someone who is down to earth, can be a friend, but remain a tenant, and has no issues with me being gay. Perfect for student or business person. Very close to UCF, VCC and Waterford Town Lakes Center. Washer and dryer.
All utilities included, all I ask is that you are respectful of usage. I’d the tenant to be comfortable and feel at home. We will both have overnight guests, just be respectful of the noise. No pets, but I have 3 lazy cats.
I’m a very down to earth guy, don’t feel my age and love to have fun. Concert, movies, eating out, shopping,
gardening and a night at the clubs occasionally are just a few of my interests.
