Short/Long Term Roommate in Woodlawn, MD

We live in a small house (not apartment or townhouse) in a quiet are of Woodlawn. The house is fully furnished and has a kitchen and cooking equipment/utensils, washer and dryer, and a stretching property that includes a front and back yard as well as parking availability. There is plenty of shared space with two living rooms and a sunroom.

The room itself is small as it is 9’ x 10’ and you will share the hallway bathroom but we stagger the rent price based on this. Therefore, the monthly rent can be negotiated anywhere between $550 and $475. Wifi, electric, and gas is an additional $85 and this can be negotiated as well.

Looking for someone currently working who we will rely to make rent payment within first few days of the month. Preferably someone who is around our age range (21 to 30) but all will be considered.
