Room for rent in Houston's galleria

50-year-old male massage therapist looking for roommate. I have a room (master bedroom) in a two bedroom apartment in the galleria, it is furnished with a bed but you can bring your bed as well if you prefer. I have a cat, so you must be cat friendly. There is a parking garage where residents can park for free You will be given an FOB to open the gate.
Rent will be 750. Plus 1/2 utilities (light, water, internet, trash pick up, sewer etc.) The monthly total for all these utilities usually runs about $ 275 - $300. So your expected contribution towards utilities will be around $135-$150. You must be gainfully employed. Your income will be verified (I will ask to see the last two or three pay stubs). This lease still has 3 months left in it. Room will be available June 1st. You don't have to stay the entire 3-month period. you may leave at any time before September 1st, which is when the lease is officially up. Just give me two weeks notice before you intend to leave. I am not going to charge you a security deposit. Just pay your rent and half utilities. I believe this is a very fair deal. I'm renting the room on a month to month basis. Right now there's somebody occupying it, but he will leave on May 31st. If you rent the room, you can invite 1-2 guests per week during the day for a few hours. But no overnight guests. I would not want the apartment to become a hotel with a revolving door... This guest policy is also FIRM.

Also, I'm not looking for someone who "WORKS FROM HOME". I would really prefer someone who has an actual job like an 8-5 or 9-6 job that's going to have you leave the apartment for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. It doesn't really matter what shift you work, whether it's first shift second shift third shift. As long as your job will requires you to go to your work site for your shift. If you happen to travel for work, you will be at the top of my list of candidates.

The pictures of room are pictures of a model unit identical to mine. So the furniture pics you see are not the furniture in the room but it comes with bed. You will have access to the kitchen and laundry room where you can cook and do your laundry. The complex also has a small fitness room and a swimming pool. For fastest reply, you can text or call me.
