Short or Long Term Rental

I am renting my house to students or professionals. The house is located in N. San Gabriel, adjacent areas are Pasadena, Arcadia, Temple City, Alhambra, San Gabriel, and San Marino.

5 min drive to 10 and 210 freeway. 5 min to PCC (Pasadena City College), 15 min to CalStateLA (California State University). walking distance to a supermarket and a bus stop.
Students and working professionals, females and males are both welcome. No pets, no couples.

Room condition: Furnished with a desk, a twin bed, a bookshelf, a closet, and lots of natural sunlight.
Private room and shared bathroom. $850/month, including WiFi and utility.
Available on April11th, 2024

Lease period: minimum 4 months, after that it’s month to month.
To reserve the room, the first and last month's rent is required.
Security/damage deposit (due upon move-in): $300 and will be returned when the room is returned in good condition with no damages.

1. Your age. (I currently have some young professional tenants in their 20s and 30s, I'm hoping to find someone in that age range)
2. Describe what you do for a living or which school you are attending.
3. I am looking for someone tidy, organized, and doesn't cook or does meal prep only (once a week more or less). Please tell me a bit about you based on these requirements.
4. You must not be a cigarette (including vaping), and/or marijuana user. Please tell me a bit about you based on this house rule.
