Access to the entire house, except homeowner's bedroom and offices. This includes a loft area, pool table, kitchen, living room, and backyard/patio. Designated pantry space and fridge space. You are also welcome to bring your own mini fridge.
The bedroom is upstairs in a hallway separate from the homeowner’s sleeping area.
Utilities included in rent.
This is a 6 month lease to start, with the possibility to renew if all parties agree.
