Brand New Townhouse - All utilities Included

Brand new townhouse finished in November 2023. Founders Dr. in Dawsonville right by planet fitness. Pool & cabana are currently being built within the complex for all residents. 500mbps wifi, trash, electricity, water are all included in monthly rent. There is no natural gas, since this is a "smart home".

Both rooms are approximately the same size, upstairs, with walk-in closets and shared bathroom. I have my own bathroom in the master, the 2 other rooms share a full bathroom, plus there is a half bath down stairs. Everything will be removed from the bedrooms and closets (nothing is included).

The kitchen is fully quipped, so you will not be able to bring your own dishes/silverware/pots&pans. Feel free to bring applianced I don't already have like a coffee maker.

If you have a nice couch for the living room that would be welcome, but I'll need to approve.

The garage is not available, but there is plenty of room in the driveway for 2 more cars.

I recently moved here from Chicago and I'm looking for 2 female roommates. I work full time as an Actuary in Sandy Springs, 5 days per week. I prefer someone with a full time job, but students are welcome also.

Basic house rules would be:
1. Quiet after midnight.
2. No couples.
3. No kids.
4. No pets.
5. No smoking inside & no tobacco smoking at all.
6. No large social events/parties.

Routine house keeping stuff with be:
1. Vacuum.
2. Dust & Counter Tops.
3. Clean Kitchen.
Which each of us will be fully responsible for one of the above. Everything else will be a shared responsibility. I have my own bathroom in the master I keep very clean, but roommates will need to keep their shared bathroom clean as well.
