My Roommate and I are both young females currently looking for another person to join us in our 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in Schwenksville.

Rent price is 950 a month PLUS split utilities

You would have your own private bedroom with a shared bathroom with one roommate.

Mostly shared common spaces
You’d be responsible for bringing your own pots, pans, and any special items such as croc pots or air fryers.
Finished basement area
HOA fees included with rent
Community pool available
Utilities are separate and split by each person.
There is a large back deck area as well as a small fenced in area In the back yard where you could relax.

This would be a great opportunity for a quiet college student who doesn’t want to live directly on campus or someone whose looking to rent long term with us

WE ARE NOT LANDLORDS LOOKING FOR A TENANT! We are two people who already rent and looking to add another person!

I do have a very friendly large dog and a cat so you must be comfortable with and enjoy pets. THIS IS A MUST!

Unfortunately NO OTHER PETS can be brought in at the moment.
