The owners, husband and wife live in the same house, and you are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking and sharing the dining area. This unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer. NO PETS, NO DRUGS, No Alcohol.
This complex is conveniently located near UCI Hospital-Orange, Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Angel Stadium, Knotts Berry Farm, and Beaches. You can also see and hear Disneyland fireworks from our backyard. Parking and utilities are included except for AC electric usage. We are requesting 31 days minimum and are okay with longer stays.
