No pets (we have one well behaved four-year-old dog-child). Washer/dryer is located in attached garage. Unfortunately, we don't have extra storage, so all belongings should be kept to bed/bath/personal kitchen pantry.

Complex is conveniently located near the I-5 and 56 freeway, minutes from Torrey Pines State Reserve, One Paseo/Del Mar Highlands. Amenities include: swimming pool, spa, sauna, pickle ball/tennis courts & jogging paths.

About us: married couple in their 30s who have made this condo our home for about 10 years. We spend most of our time working, taking care of our dog-child, lounging at home or finding the next home improvement to make. We're easy to get along with, but also comfortable with keeping to ourselves.
