Room for rent (unfurnished)

We have a room for rent in our North Seattle House. It's a standard split-level, kitchen and living room upstairs with a hallway and bedrooms/bath. One bedroom is being used a shared office. The room for rent is upstairs and shares a bath. It's an average room with closet, fits a queen bed comfortably. The downstairs is effectively a mother in-law for other tenant. There is a garage and bonus room for storage, as well as a washer and dryer/laundry room. There is a fairly large backyard (fenced) and a small front yard. Dedicated parking spaces and ample street parking for guests. We also have an outdoor security system. smoker friendly, however there is absolutely NO smoking inside.

About Tenants:
Upstairs tenant/Chantele is 33, has two cats and has your typical PNW interests, hiking yoga, the like. She is in the marketing field and works in-office most days.

Downstairs tenant/Keith is 35, he is working on his PHD. He has a wide variety of interests and is usually on the go.
