This is a shared yearly lease, which needs to be signed before or by march 30th. Three spots are opening and the renewal date is due then. I quite like this location so when offered the chance to stay if I find the roomates myself, I had to try. It's a five minute walk from 148th st 3 train, 10 for C and D. Internet and electric is set up by the tenants, all others attached to rent. 1 shared Bathroom with Shower. Dishwasher included. Laundry is 2.50 in the complex but they are not heavy duty machines. There are plenty of laundromats around though I use ours. The apt is on the 2nd floor so easy to move in. As far as I know the security deposit is equal to the rent.
