Private Room in a 2br 1ba Apartment

Bedroom, could definitely fit a queen comfortably (Pictured is a full as I have a rather large desk)

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to back out of a 2 year lease starting April 1. The unit is rent stabilized and your portion of the rent would be $1162.50 for the duration of the lease. If you are looking for longterm stability this place is a great choice! It is a quite spacious room in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the second floor. Hardwood floors, cute living area, good sized kitchen and LOTS of natural light. The bedroom currently fits my full size bed, a large desk, and a dresser with room to spare. A queen would definitely fit as well. The other tenant is a 23 year old nonbinary person. They work nightlife and are gone most evenings. They own a medium/large dog named Bart. The room will be unfurnished (if you really need furniture let me know, i would prefer to take it with me but getting someone to take over this lease is more important to me.) The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are already furnished. Only a few blocks from Greenwood Cemetery which is lovely to stroll through all year round, and a 5 minute walk from the R train 25th st. stop. The place really is fantastic, I wish I could stay but due to circumstances beyond my control I have to leave. The landlord is fantastic and is aware that I am looking for a tenet to take over the lease. All that is required is a credit check.
